Pride Therapeutics was founded to explore how microbiome science may help address the unique health experiences of GBT communities.

Through research initiatives we are working to generate new insights that may help inform future innovation.

Our Story

GBT communities experience unique healthcare journeys that often include HIV prevention and treatment, antibiotic exposure, and other factors that may influence long-term wellness.

Despite these experiences, many areas of microbiome research remain understudied.

We believe meaningful innovation begins with understanding.

Our mission is to help generate the data and scientific insights needed to better understand microbiome health within the communities we serve.

We envision a future where microbiome science plays a greater role in supporting the health and wellness of GBT communities.

Our long-term goal is to translate research findings into evidence-informed products and solutions that help individuals make more informed decisions about their health. The MyPrideBiome Study represents the first step in our scientific journey.

Together with Persephone Bioscience and participants from gay, bisexual, and transgender communities, we aim to generate data that can help identify patterns, uncover new questions, and guide future research initiatives.

This work helps establish the foundation upon which future innovation may be built.
